AI-assisted delivery
Agentic frameworks, multi-agent orchestration, and embedding AI tooling into real engineering workflows — not demos.
Deltek · Technical Centre of Excellence
Senior Manager, Technical Services Engineering at Deltek, leading the Tech CoE Innovation Team. I work where enterprise SDLC governance, AI-assisted delivery tooling, and product integration meet — turning messy delivery problems into repeatable engineering.
I lead the Innovation Team within Deltek's Technical Centre of Excellence, sitting inside the wider DPS function. My remit is broad by design: data and custom tooling, technical AI initiatives, repository migration, packaged solutions, extension maintenance, and automated testing.
Most of my work is about making delivery repeatable — taking the things that live in people's heads or get reinvented each engagement, and turning them into frameworks, tooling, and governance that scale across product teams.
Outside the day job I build the same way I think: multi-agent systems, automation pipelines, and data platforms as working sandboxes for the patterns I bring back to work. I'm based in the UK, with a long-standing interest in workflow automation, enterprise SDLC, and AI-assisted delivery.
Agentic frameworks, multi-agent orchestration, and embedding AI tooling into real engineering workflows — not demos.
Unified software delivery lifecycle across multiple product teams: documentation suites, dev rules, and readiness frameworks.
Costpoint, Vantagepoint, Maconomy and Replicon — extensions, automated testing, and migration tooling.
Orchestration with Workato, N8N and Airflow; custom data tooling and infrastructure to take the manual out of delivery.
Lead the Innovation Team within the DPS function — driving technical AI initiatives, SDLC unification, repository migration, automated testing, and custom data tooling across the Deltek product portfolio.
Led technical consulting delivery, building out the early brand tooling, document-generation patterns, and the foundations of what became the unified SDLC programme.
Deep, hands-on work across Deltek product integrations — the grounding that informs everything I build today.
A unit framework defining productive AI-augmented developer capacity (1 AD = six productive human-developer-hours). Published as a technical paper, shared on Medium and LinkedIn, and attracting product-level interest across the Deltek portfolio.
Ground-to-cloud migration for Maconomy and Costpoint — a major programme anchor spanning stakeholder architecture, executive reporting, and automation workstreams including environment analysis, upgrade tooling, and an orchestration layer.
The TCoE Unified SDLC — a full document suite built from scratch across product teams, taking software delivery governance from tribal knowledge to a reusable, level-based model with embedded universal dev rules.
A multi-agent portfolio-monitoring system built natively on Paperclip AI — a 14-agent architecture with heartbeat scheduling, broker data integration, and an explicit agent org chart. A live testbed for agentic patterns at scale.
A React / Node.js / PostgreSQL platform with a wide MCP tool surface — admin console, model integration, and an Obsidian vault bridge. The sandbox where automation patterns get proven before they reach the day job.
A database-first estimating and deal-management platform concept — pairing a canonical relational data backbone with structured scoping to take the guesswork out of technical estimation.
An active personal project outside the Deltek world — somewhere to keep the hands dirty and try ideas without a roadmap attached.
Always happy to compare notes on agentic delivery, SDLC at scale, or automation that actually sticks.
