I lead the Services Engineering function within Deltek's professional services organisation, driving the innovation, tooling, and engineering practices that underpin how we deliver for customers at scale.
My team focuses on AI-augmented delivery, automation and integration platforms, packaged solution accelerators, and modern SDLC governance, turning emerging technology into measurable delivery capability. This includes shaping Deltek's technical AI strategy for services, building frameworks for measuring AI-driven productivity, and modernising the engineering estate across repositories, testing, and tooling.
